Every GigMinion plan covers the basics: gigs, venues, contacts, songs, lyrics, setlists, Chart Builder and your website gig list. Add-ons are extras you choose. Here is exactly what each one costs and how it works.
How plans work
- Two plans. Musician ($24.90/year or $2.99/month) is just you. Band ($99.90/year or $11.99/month) is you plus 4 members, with Fill-ins and Crew free.
- 10-day free trial. A card is needed to start. Turn off renewal before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If the trial ends without a plan, your band is locked until you start one.
- Yearly or monthly. Yearly is paid up front for 12 months. Monthly is month to month: stop any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Yearly bonus. Pay yearly and you also get Business tools and a website gig list in your own colors and fonts.
- Renewal. We email you 45 and 30 days before a yearly plan renews. Prices may go up at renewal, but we keep increases small: never more than 10% from one year to the next, and we tell you first.
- Refunds. Changed your mind about a yearly plan? Ask within 30 days of the charge for a full refund (one per account). Your band is locked when the refund is issued.
- When a plan ends. Your band is locked. Start a plan to get everything back. We keep your data for 12 months, email you 30 and 7 days before, then delete it.
- Upgrades take effect right away. You pay only for the days left in the current payment.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- Already a customer? You keep your current plan, price and terms until you change plans.
Venue Finder
Venue Finder is GigMinion’s researched list of venues that book live bands, with badges that show how sure we are: ★ Minion Approved (a GigMinion band played here in the last 6 months), ✓ Verified (recent proof the venue books bands) and Unverified (found on listing sites, call first). It saves you hours of research.
- Your home area. The ZIP code you choose in Venue Finder sets your home area. Choose wisely: it can’t be changed later.
- Price. Your first area is $9.99 and every extra area is $4.99. One time, not monthly, with 12 months of new venues.
- Works while your plan is active. If your band is locked, your areas are locked too. Start a plan and they come right back.
- Free venues. Without an area, you get 3 free venues near your ZIP code, picked by GigMinion.
- Free trial. You can see every venue in your home area and add 3 of them. Areas unlock once your plan starts.
- Venues you add yourself are always yours, free, on every plan.
Extra members
- Band includes 5 members: you plus 4.
- Each extra member is $1.99/month, or $19.90/year on a yearly plan (prorated to your renewal date).
- Fill-ins and Crew are always free and never count toward your members.
- Musician is one person: no extra members, Fill-ins or Crew.
Chart Builder
- Bar-by-bar chord charts: tap a chord, then a beat, or paste a chord sheet and get a draft chart.
- Included in every plan. Nothing extra to buy.
WordPress auto-posting (coming soon)
Post your gigs to your WordPress site automatically. It will be a paid upgrade when it’s ready.
