1. Agreement
By creating an account or using GigMinion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GigMinion.
2. What GigMinion is
GigMinion is a subscription web app for musicians. It includes the Gig Tracker, Song Library, Setlist Builder and Lyrics, with Chart Builder, Stage Mode and a Website gig list. Features may change as the product grows.
3. Your account
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate account information.
- One account is for one person. On a Band plan, the Bandleader invites the members.
4. Plans and prices
- Musician: for one person. $24.90 a year, or $2.99 a month. Musician plans cannot add members, Fill-ins or Crew.
- Band: for the Bandleader and up to 4 members, plus any number of Fill-ins and Crew at no charge. $99.90 a year, or $11.99 a month. Extra members are $19.90 a year each on a yearly plan, or $1.99 a month each on a monthly plan.
- Yearly bonus: while a plan is paid yearly, it also includes Business tools and website gig list colors and fonts. Paying monthly does not include them.
- Venue Finder: a one-time purchase per area: $9.99 for your first area and $4.99 for each extra area. Venue Finder works only while your plan is active.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any taxes that apply.
5. Free trial
- Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial. A card is needed to start. You are not charged until the trial ends. Turn off the plan before then and you pay nothing.
- If the trial ends and no plan is active, your account is locked (see section 11).
6. Renewal and how to stop
- Monthly plans renew every month. Stop any time in the app (Account, then Plan & billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. There is no fee to stop.
- Yearly plans are paid for 12 months up front and renew every year. We email you 45 days and 30 days before each renewal. Turn off renewal any time in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
- Turning off renewal does not delete anything. When your paid time ends, your account is locked (see section 11).
7. Price changes
Prices may go up over time. A price change takes effect only at renewal, is shown in the renewal notice, and is never more than 10% above what you paid for the previous 12 months.
8. Changing your plan
- Upgrades, like Musician to Band or monthly to yearly, take effect right away. You pay the prorated difference.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
- Extra members on a yearly Band plan are charged only for the time left until your yearly renewal date.
9. Refunds
- Yearly charges: if GigMinion is not for you, ask within 30 days of a yearly charge (your first one or a renewal) and we will refund that charge in full. One refund per account. Your account is locked when the refund is issued.
- Not refundable: monthly charges, Venue Finder areas, and export fees.
- To ask for a refund, email littlegrunt@gigminion.com from your account email.
10. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. You keep full access for 7 days. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, your account is locked until the payment goes through.
11. When your plan ends: locked, then deleted
- When a plan ends, a refund is issued, a trial ends without a plan, or a payment stays unpaid past 7 days, the account is locked.
- While locked, the Bandleader and members can sign in, but cannot see or use the band’s gigs, songs, setlists, lyrics, charts, venues or pay records.
- Start a plan again within 12 months and everything comes back as it was.
- After 12 months locked, the band’s content is permanently deleted. We email the Bandleader 30 days and 7 days before deletion.
- Each band is separate. If you play in a band that is locked, your own Musician account and other bands are not affected.
12. Website gig list
- You may place the GigMinion gig list on a website you own or manage. You must enter that website’s address in the app before you get the code.
- The list works only on the website address you entered, including its www and other subdomains. On other sites it shows no gigs.
- The “Posted by GigMinion” badge must stay visible. If it is removed, hidden or covered, the list stops showing gigs.
- Private gigs are shown without venue or client details. You decide which gigs are public.
13. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into GigMinion. You give us only the permission needed to store, display and back up your content so GigMinion can work.
14. What you upload, and what you are responsible for
GigMinion is a workspace. What you put in it is yours, and it is also your responsibility. You are solely responsible for:
- Licensing and copyright. Lyrics, chords, charts, recordings, artwork, YouTube links and any other material you add. You confirm you have the right to store and use it. GigMinion does not supply, license or check lyrics or other copyrighted material.
- Performing rights and venue licensing for the music on your setlists.
- Other people’s information. Client names, contact details, venue contacts and pay arrangements you store. You confirm you may hold it and share what you choose with your band.
- Privacy law that applies to you for the information you store in GigMinion.
- Accuracy. Keeping your own records correct.
Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not use GigMinion to distribute copyrighted material to the public. If a rights holder contacts us about material in your account, we may remove it and will tell you.
Our role. We store what you put in and show it to the people you share it with. We do not sell your data, use your content to advertise to you, or share it with anyone outside the providers that run the service.
You will be asked to accept these terms with a checkbox when you sign up. That checkbox is your acknowledgement of this section.
15. Copies of your information
- Your personal information: you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you (such as your name, email address and billing history) at no charge. Email littlegrunt@gigminion.com. We answer within 45 days.
- Band content export: the Bandleader may ask for an export of the band’s songs, lyrics, charts, setlists and gigs while the band is active or locked. Exports are PDF files. Standard delivery is within 15 business days for $49. Rush delivery is within 3 business days for $89. We email a download link that works for 72 hours; after that the file is deleted.
- GigMinion does not offer other export formats.
16. Acceptable use
- Do not use GigMinion to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to GigMinion.
- Do not resell or redistribute GigMinion without our written permission.
17. Our content
The GigMinion name, logo, mascots, software and design are ours. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using GigMinion.
18. Service availability
We work to keep GigMinion running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or stop features. GigMinion is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about GigMinion is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.
20. Ending your account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will give notice where practical. Closing an account locks it; content is deleted as described in section 11.
21. Customers who joined before October 31, 2026
If you had a paid plan before October 31, 2026, you keep your current plan, price and 12-month terms until you change plans. Sections 9 (refunds), 11 (locking and deletion), 12 (website gig list) and 15 (copies of your information) apply to you from December 1, 2026, after we email you about these terms.
22. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and we email account holders about material changes before they take effect.
